Few players draw contact as well as Wade. It also demonstrates Manu's underrated leaping ability (best exemplified by the high number of rebounds he pulls down for a SG).

You should note here that Tony was a factor here. He made D Wade pick up the dribble who really didn't jump high or explode going to the rim.

Smith has short comings, no doubt. But in terms of those within the realm of possible acquisition, he's the best. Even with his short comings, he's a major upgrade. I'd put the chances on getting Smith somewhere around the odds of Popovich saying, "Let's just run. Forget defense!"
